Main responsibilities:

• Managing the process of searching and selecting goods by a buyer on the trading floor to increase turnover, sales margin and average check;
• Development of macro-zoning and zoning of product categories in the sales area for each format;
• Development of the layout of the sales area for each store, taking into account ergonomic standards and convenience for the buyer;
• Development and updating of the navigation system in the sales area for each store;
• Selection of commercial equipment for each product category;
• Tracking global trends and searching for new effective types of commercial equipment;
• Development and update of layout planograms for each product category for each store by SKU with a priority to increase the share of sales of goods in the middle and high price segments;
• Organization of a cross-merchandising system;
• Management of the checkout area and the placement of impulse demand goods;
• Development of the concept of displaying seasonal goods;
• Development of the concept of displaying goods that participating in the promo on the Companies and suppliers equipment;
• Reservation and rotation of seats in the trading floor for additional equipment;
• Monitoring the efficiency of using retail space for each store;
• Analysis of options for placing commercial equipment and types of display in order to increase the efficiency of using retail space and increase the margin by 1 square meter;
• Organization of control over compliance with planograms in each store;
• Organization of training of sales personnel of stores on merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
• Fluency in PC;
• Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with Internet (MS Explorer), graphic (ArchiCAD, CorelDRAW, Paint Shop);
• Thorough knowledge of programs for shelf management such as Spaceman, Pafno-Hero, ABM Shelf;
• It is desirable to have your own car and be willing to use it for production purposes;
• Readiness for relocation and permanent residence in Kharkov.
