Head of HoReCa Channel

A leading alcohol production company is looking for a strong and ambitious professional to lead the development of the HoReCa channel at the national level and become a key driver of sales growth and brand presence in leading venues across Ukraine, taking the position of Head of HoReCa Channel, Kyiv, Odesa.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing sales within the HoReCa channel across Ukraine;
  • Implementing and developing the HoReCa channel strategy;
  • Achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets;
  • Expanding the client base (restaurants, hotels, bars, wine venues);
  • Strengthening brand presence in key establishments;
  • Building long-term relationships with key clients;
  • Conducting negotiations and agreeing on cooperation terms;
  • Developing commercial terms and controlling profitability;
  • Organizing promotional activities (tastings, events, brand activations);
  • Controlling accounts receivable;
  • Analyzing sales performance, clients, assortment, and market trends;
  • Team management: Leading and managing the Key Account Managers (KAM) team;
  • Sales planning and KPI performance control;
  • Team development, motivation, and performance improvement.

Candidate requirements:

  • Higher education; additional business education is an advantage;
  • 3–5 years of experience as a National HoReCa Manager or similar role;
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry; wine market knowledge is a plus;
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with key clients;
  • Knowledge of trade marketing and pricing principles;
  • Proven experience in team management;
  • Own vehicle required and willingness to use it for work purposes;
  • Confident user of Excel, CRM systems, and 1C / ERP.

  • Structured thinking and strong sense of responsibility.
