A multidisciplinary Ukrainian agricultural holding announces a competition for the position of Head of Financial Department / Deputy Financial Director, Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:
- Treasury management;
- Maintaining management accounting for a number of business areas;
- Strategic planning and coordination of the company’s financial operations, forecasting and implementation of a policy for the optimal use of the resources of enterprises belonging to the group;
- Operative management of financial flows of enterprises belonging to the group;
- Support of purchase and sale transactions of movable and immovable property;
- Control of foreign economic activity operations and settlements on them;
- Control of financial and managerial accounting and reporting;
- Working with financial institutions (banks, leasing companies);
- Consolidation;
- Reporting to the financial director, director for economic security of the holding, owner.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of economics / finance;
- English – intermediate / upper intermediate;
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
- Experience in the agricultural sector is welcome and will be an advantage when choosing a candidate;
- Professional knowledge and skills: budgeting, investment planning, investment analysis, tax optimization, team management, risk management, management reporting, financial analysis, financial control, regional employee management, due diligence, currency risk hedging, long-term budgeting and planning, negotiation ;
- Willingness to work offline;
- Active life position;
- Organizational skills and stress resistance.
