Responsibilities:

• Formation and management of the assortment of the category “Fish”, the creation of the Commodity matrix of the category;
• Organization and control of the development of a chain of branded stores in the direction of “Fish and Seafood” in the Zaporozhye region;
• Purchase and accounting of commodity stocks (negotiating with suppliers on the terms of delivery, concluding contracts, forming orders, monitoring the shelf life of goods);
• Participation in pricing (calculation of margins, forecasting the speed of sales);
• Sales promotion (launching advertising and promotions, organizing sales);
• Sales analytics.

Requirements:

• Successful work experience in a similar position in the “Fish” direction;
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of the basics of economics, retail trade, financial accounting and advertising organization;
• Knowledge of the principles of formation of the price and assortment policy of a retail trade enterprise;
• Knowledge of the retail merchandising rules;
• Knowledge of 1C 8 (required);
• Knowledge of Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word programs at the level of a confident user;
• Knowledge of the rules and principles of successful negotiations;
• Experience in building business areas, starting successful projects from “0”;
• Purposefulness;
• Energy, proactivity;
• Sociability, ability to work in a team;
• Willingness to move and permanent residence in the city of Zaporozhye;
• Readiness to official business-trips.
