An international product-oriented FinTech company, one of the largest financial services operators in the Ukrainian market, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Banking Products Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing product lines – full responsibility for strategy, development, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of products;
• Developing an annual roadmap and budget, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Monitoring the competitive market and adapting products to changes in demand or regulatory requirements;
• Launching new products and services, upgrading existing ones, and overseeing timelines and quality of implementation.
• Building effective cross-functional collaboration with Legal, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Risk Management teams;
• Participating in negotiations with external partners, including contracts with banks and payment service providers;
• Managing the team: setting goals, motivation, coaching, and developing internal expertise;
• Organizing operational support for clients and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Banking, Management, or MBA; product management certifications are a plus;
• Experience in banking, particularly in roles such as Deputy CEO for Retail, Operations, or Treasury;
• English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Proficiency in Excel (profitability models), PowerPoint (stakeholder presentations), Jira / Confluence, CRM/ERP systems (Bitrix24, Creatio — desirable);
• Knowledge of payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay);
• Understanding of EU regulatory requirements (KYC, AML);
• Familiarity with payment institutions and e-money operations;
• Knowledge of P&L reporting and unit economics is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of payment infrastructure design is a plus.
