Group Brand Manager

A leading Ukrainian wine company, which combines traditions and innovations in producing high-quality wines and brandy, is looking for a Group Brand Manager, Odesa to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a long-term strategy for a group of company brands;
  • Full brand lifecycle management: market analysis, new product development, launches, relaunches, and SKU rotation;
  • Designing and executing go-to-market strategies for both Ukrainian and international markets;
  • Portfolio management within the brand category;
  • Marketing budget planning and ROI-oriented optimization;
  • Preparing regular market, consumer, competitor, and distribution analysis;
  • Participating in the creation of digital and CRM campaigns, initiating digital innovations to strengthen online brand presence;
  • Coordinating advertising campaigns and promo activities with agencies, production teams, and design contractors;
  • Development and adaptation of POSM, presentation and trade materials to support retail sales;
  • Monitoring the implementation of launch plans for new products and marketing activities;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics, quality, finance, and sales departments.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in FMCG (food or alcohol categories);
  • At least 2 years in a similar position;
  • Proven experience in strategic brand management, product launches, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns;
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of financial metrics, experience working with Nielsen/IRI, and sales data;
  • Project and team management experience, including agency coordination;
  • Strategic and analytical thinking;
  • English language proficiency at B1–B2 level (for communication with international partners);
  • Confident PC user (Microsoft Office, analytical and planning tools);
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Odesa.
