Due to the design and launch of a new food production facility in Poltava, as well as the reorganization and expansion of production capacities in the Left Bank region of Ukraine, the company is looking for a new team member for the position of Food Production Director, Poltava (Kharkiv).

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the design, construction, and launch of new food production facilities in Poltava and Kharkiv;
• Organization and management of centralized production for a supermarket chain, including:
• frozen bakery products,
• frozen confectionery products,
• frozen semi-finished products,
• meat processing and semi-finished products, smoking,
• vegetable processing and pickles production,
• ready-made culinary products,
• production of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages;
• Ensuring planned performance indicators and competitiveness of in-house products across all areas;
• Recruitment and management of production staff;
• Organization of the development of new product assortments and their market launch through the supermarket chain;
• Analysis of the efficiency of in-house product assortment;
• Organization of staff training for semi-finished product preparation on site;
• Organization of a quality control system in accordance with HACCP and other quality standards;
• Reporting to the owner and direct subordination to the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• Overall work experience of at least 10 years;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Food Production Director (or similar position);
• Experience in retail chains or the B2C sector will be an advantage;
• Proven experience in launching and developing food production facilities is an advantage;
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipro, or Kyiv;
• Willingness to travel to Poltava and Kharkiv;
• Own car and readiness to use it for business purposes.
