Functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy, taking into account production specifics;
• Organization and control of financial and tax accounting;
• Formation and control of the company’s budget execution, analysis of deviations;
• Cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and financial stability;
• Optimization of the tax burden, interaction with regulatory authorities;
• Interaction with banking institutions, auditors and other external partners;
• Participation in strategic planning of the enterprise’s development;
• Implementation and control of effective financial business processes;
• Participation in automation of processes and reporting;
• Building effective interaction with other divisions of the company;
• Managing the financial team.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
• Experience in manufacturing companies will be an advantage;
• Analytical skills, planning skills;
• Knowledge of finance, accounting and economics;
• Ability to work with large data sets, structure them and process them quickly.
• Experience with process optimization.
