Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the holding’s unified financial strategy;
• Providing financial support for corporate investment funds (CIFs), overseeing financial processes and reporting within the holding structure;
• Coordinating interactions with asset management companies (AMCs) and other institutions involved in the financial operations of CIFs;
• Integrating the financial processes of all legal entities within the group into a unified management system;
• Organizing consolidated management and financial reporting for the holding;
• Developing and monitoring budgets, financial planning and forecasting;
• Managing cash flows, liquidity and financial risks;
• Analyzing the financial and operational performance of the group’s companies;
• Monitoring revenues, expenses, profitability and business efficiency;
• Optimizing financial processes and implementing unified financial control standards;
• Coordinating the finance and accounting functions across all legal entities within the holding;
• Managing a team of finance directors, chief accountants and accountants;
• Reporting directly to the business owner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Proven experience working with multiple legal entities and integrating their financial functions into a unified financial management system;
• Mandatory hands-on experience working with corporate investment funds (CIFs), including an understanding of their financial operations, structure, accounting and reporting requirements;
• Experience providing financial support to CIFs and working with asset management companies (AMCs), depository institutions and other participants in the fund infrastructure;
• Understanding of the specifics of managing a holding company’s finances using a CIF structure;
• Strong knowledge of financial, accounting and tax principles;
• Experience managing a finance team;
• Strong analytical, management and organizational skills;
• A structured approach, strategic thinking, a high level of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work effectively with the business owner and ensure transparency of financial operations.
