An international company, a global leader in agribusiness and food production, is looking for a manager for the vacant position of Finance Partner, Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting on business performance;
• Coordination of forecasting and planning of the annual business plan;
• Ensuring effective management and control over commercial and administrative costs;
• Participation in the early stages of development of commercial and financial projects;
• Be the main financial contact for the business;
• Actively seek and identify opportunities for continuous business improvement;
• Advising businesses on financial matters and commercial decisions on short, medium and long term challenges and opportunities;
• Providing analytical support and information necessary for business growth and improvement;
• Ensuring the preparation of annual priorities and goals in accordance with commercial interests and business needs.

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus;
• 5 years of experience in a managerial position;
• Experience in agribusiness;
• Knowledge of methods of analysis of financial results and support functions;
• Experience in work with audit company BIG-4;
• Experience in SAP, OneStream, Hyperion and Business Warehouse is a plus;
• Ability to work with large amounts of data;
• Willingness to travel.
