Foreign Agro Trade Production Сompany is looking for Execution Specialist, Kyiv (agriculture).

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with CPT contracts;
• Creating and recording new contracts with suppliers;
• Keep track of contracts – originals/copies;
• Updating T&C information on completed contracts;
• Working with invoices;
• Working with contracts 1C and Sybase system;
• Dealing with customs clearance and recording, customs broker agreements;
• Working with veterinary certification – agreement/payment;
• Handling and resolution of complaints.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of written and oral English (Upper-intermediate);
• Experience more than 1 year;
• Knowledge of logistics foundations, organization and projection of logistics systems, delivery terms, storage and transportation (dealing with grain is preferable);
• Experience in sea transportation  (is preferable);
• Experience to work with CPT contracts;
• Procedure of elaboration of the commercial terms of contracts, agreements;
• Good skills in using MS Office.
