Main functional responsibilities:

• Reducing the number of equipment emergency stops, reducing the downtime of production lines, reducing electricity consumption, ensuring high-quality scheduled repairs (no repeated requests after repairs and maintenance);
• Organization of work of service personnel (electricians, instrumentation and automation fitters): setting tasks, planning repairs (scheduled repairs, current repairs), controlling the quality of repairs and works, training new employees;
• Analysis of the wear and tear of electrical equipment; planning and ordering the supply of spare parts and assemblies; control over the availability of spare parts and “safety stock”;
• Participation in projects for the installation of new production and energy equipment; controls the readiness of the equipment for start-up in terms of power supply;
• Collection and analysis of data on electricity consumption; preparation of reports;
• Development of methodological recommendations for conducting current briefings on electrical safety, conducting briefings on the norms of safe electrical operation of equipment;
• Development and implementation of plans for preventive measures to prevent emergency shutdowns of equipment due to failures in electrical parts;
• Participation in teamwork to optimize the use of electrical equipment and energy consumption;
• Reporting to the chief power engineer.

Requirements:

• Higher completed technical education (qualification: electrical engineer, power engineer);
• Additional education, trainings, courses are welcome;
• Work experience as a power engineer at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of PC: it is desirable to be able to use EXCEL, AutoCAD;
• Professional knowledge and skills: device, technical characteristics, design features, purpose, modes of operation, principle of operation of the power supply and main equipment of the enterprise, requirements and permissible parameters of its adjustment; rules and procedure for performing operational switching; principles of drawing up wiring, schematic electrical diagrams and their reading; general requirements for the operation, repair, replacement of parts, assemblies and mechanisms of power supply equipment.
• Readiness for irregular working hours;
• Stability: work experience within one enterprise not less than 2-3 years;
• Result orientation, leadership qualities, resistance to stress, flexibility and non-conflict, sociability, adaptability.
