An international FMCG company headquartered in Kyiv and owning three manufacturing facilities in the southeastern region is announcing an opening for the position of E-commerce Manager (Kyiv).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce channel growth strategy;
- Manage sales through marketplaces and online platforms;
- Identify new opportunities to expand online sales and increase market share;
- Analyze key performance indicators (Revenue, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROI/ROAS) and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels across online channels;
- Coordinate digital marketing activities (PPC, SEO, SMM, promotional campaigns);
- Monitor and optimize content on marketplaces and e-commerce platforms;
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics) and external partners;
- Prepare regular analytical and performance reports;
- Initiate and implement projects aimed at increasing online sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education degree;
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce;
- Proven experience managing sales through marketplaces and other online channels;
- Experience in developing and scaling e-commerce operations will be a strong advantage;
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar);
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- High level of self-organization and proactivity;
- Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach;
- Willingness to take ownership of a new business direction and directly influence business performance.
