Main functional responsibilities:
- Development of strategic plans for the facility, participation in the creation and development of concepts for the development of the business center / business park;
- Leasing space;
- High-quality support of anchor tenants of the business center;
- BC team management: recruitment, staff training;
- Operations management;
- Reconstruction of the building, implementation of scheduled repairs;
- Monitoring the implementation of tasks;
- Accounts receivable;
- Budgeting and its implementation;
- Current work with tenants, conflict resolution;
- Fulfillment of the key objectives of the position: fulfillment of the budget, minimum rotation of tenants, namely stability, optimal set of tenants, change of tenants if necessary;
- Reporting to the owner in the prescribed form and frequency.
Basic requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Additional business education, trainings, courses will be a big plus;
- English – upper intermediate;
- Knowledge in the management of business centers, shopping centers, in the field of development at a level sufficient for decision-making;
- Management skills: ability to manage people, set tasks, coordinate work and control execution, knowledge of time management;
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
- General erudition and outlook;
- Psychological features: stable emotional state, diligence, attentiveness, logic;
- Personal qualities: honesty, communication skills, responsibility, initiative, maturity, creativity, determination, etc.
- Intrinsic motivation: the desire for self-development, the ability not to stop there.
