Main functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the IT department development strategy;
• Operational management of the IT department;
• Implementation of the KPI evaluation system;
• Development, implementation of the motivation system;
• Financial planning and budget control;
• Launch and control of IT projects;
• Reporting to higher management.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (information technology);
• English – intermediate (candidate’s advantage);
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT director;
• Experience in creating a department from “0”;
• Experience in Retail, FMCG companies is welcome;
• Experience in introducing new progressive technologies;
• Work experience with external contractors;
• Successful team building and team management experience;
• Readiness for business trips across Ukraine.
