A leading European company – manufacturer of equipment, solutions, and services for the dairy farming industry – is announcing a competition for the position of Customer Desk Spesialist, Kyiv.

Functional responsibilities:

• Processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with warehouses;
• Preparing tax invoices and related adjustments via MeDoc;
• Registering warranty cases based on information from the technical department;
• Preparing sales contracts (using approved templates);
• Monitoring payment status;
• Preparing and maintaining periodic reports on dealers;
• Maintaining communication with dealers regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints;
• Processing primary documentation, including its storage, control, and recovery.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field;
• Previous experience in corporate customer service or a similar position;
• Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office and MeDoc. Experience with SAP Business One will be a strong advantage;
• Ability to multitask effectively, manage time well, and organize your own work schedule;
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude;
• Conversational level of English.
