A professional licensed insurance broker and market leader with 15 years of experience is looking for a Corporate Client Acquisition Manager to join the team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new B2B clients.
- Conduct telephone negotiations and online/offline meetings.
- Analyze clients’ needs and present the company’s brokerage services.
- Build and develop your own client portfolio.
- Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
- Support clients throughout the entire sales process.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with business owners and company executives.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting will be considered an advantage.
