A trading and manufacturing group of companies with its own retail store network invites applications for the position of Chief Accountant in Zaporizhzhia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accounting and tax records for a manufacturing company operating under the general taxation system and registered as a VAT payer;
• Analyzing VAT input tax credits and registering tax invoices;
• Preparing and submitting VAT and excise tax returns, Unified Social Contribution (USC) reports, as well as financial and statistical reports;
• Ensuring the accuracy of tax and fee calculations and the timely payment of taxes, fees, and license-related charges;
• Monitoring inventory balances in accounts 201, 25, and 26, and reviewing production reports;
• Accounting for export transactions involving the sale of goods;
• Maintaining personnel records, preparing general administrative orders, and processing payroll;
• Coordinating the work of an accounting assistant responsible for primary accounting documents;
• Reporting to the Group’s Financial Director.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing company;
• Practical experience with the general taxation system and VAT;
• Experience working with excisable goods;
• Knowledge of tax, financial, and statistical reporting processes;
• Proficiency in accounting software, including 1C and M.E.Doc, as well as the “Vchasno electronic document management service and client banking systems.
