Business Assistant to the owner

Leading innovative investment holding company announces a call for applications for the vacant position of Business Assistant to the owner, Kyiv.

The company offers:

Functional duties:

  • Assisting the owner: coordination of holding projects;
  • Preparation of presentations and analytics on the business projects of the holding;
  • Coordinate work schedule;
  • Maintaining the owner’s calendar and correspondence;
  • Meeting and escorting guests / partners;
  • Travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, riders).

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • English – fluent;
  • French language skills will be an advantage for candidates;
  • Project management skills, knowledge of programs  (MS Project, Asana, Click up and/or other programs) are a must;
  • PC proficiency, ability to create Power Point presentations and reporting;
  • 5+ years experience in a similar position;
  • Strong understanding of business processes;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Stress tolerance and multi-tasking;
  • Presentable appearance;
  • Willingness to work in the office: irregular working hours.
