Key Responsibilities:

• Brand development and promotion;
• Market and competitor analysis, studying consumer needs to create a unique value proposition;
• Analysis of the company’s products to identify promotion opportunities based on demand potential and profitability;
• Development and launch of new products;
• Creation and implementation of marketing concepts, planning, and coordinating advertising campaigns using internal company resources and external contractors;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising activities in terms of company profitability growth for the promoted product line;
• Organization of presentations and marketing events.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in FMCG (food or alcoholic beverages);
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in developing brand promotion strategies;
• Creative thinking and ability to effectively present a product;
• Excellent communication skills;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Willingness to complete a probationary period in the head office in Odesa;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
