Brand Manager

A group of companies, which has been producing, importing, exporting and trading alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks for more than 25 years, announces a competition for the vacant position of Brand Manager, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:

  • Brand management for the strong alcohol sector;
  • Formation of a brand promotion strategy (marketing-mix, brand platforms, brand territories, communication strategies);
  • Formation of a sales strategy;
  • Development and implementation of promotion methods (BTL, ATL, Digital);
  • Planning trade marketing activities in channels (networks, distribution, HoReCa) for retail outlets and sales teams in the traditional channel, end consumers in the network channel;
  • Analysis of markets, their dynamics, composition and share of players, trends, regional characteristics, consumer preferences, market position;
  • Working with contractors: drawing up briefs, organizing and conducting tenders, managing relationships with contractors within the framework of agreed work;
  • − Monitoring the implementation of sales growth targets and brand indicators (knowledge, consumption, turnover, image indicators, market share, sales volume, representation, etc.) of managed brands;
  • Pricing management;
  • Product portfolio management;
  • Consumer analysis;
  • Sales planning;
  • Development and launch of new products on the market;
  • Determination of sales policy and distribution channels;
  • Working with a designer to develop packaging, advertising materials, souvenirs, presentations, labels;
  • Product quality control;
  • Conducting presentations for the sales department.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (marketing, economics – priority);
  • Additional education in the areas of pricing, analytics, branding, negotiations, research, design and others is welcome;
  • Fluent English is desirable;
  • Confident PC user (knowledge of MS Office package), knowledge of the principles of constructing systems research analytics;
  • Experience in developing and conducting national advertising campaigns across all communication channels, especially TV, radio, etc.;
  • Experience in conducting tenders and communicating with marketing, research and other agencies;
  • Experience in managing a national brand;
  • Experience in managing projects to bring a brand/SKU to the market;
  • Understanding the structure of the Ukrainian alcohol market and players;
  • Willingness to work in an office in Kyiv;
  • Proactivity, flexibility, initiative.
