Functional responsibilities:
- Receipt of imported goods, credit notes;
- Processing of advance reports + orders for business trips;
- Calculation of taxes on additional benefits + control of balances on personal income tax, aircraft accounts;
- Processing of waybills;
- Entering the exchange rate;
- Acts of reconciliation with buyers;
- Reconciliation of accounts of debtors / creditors + accounts of fixed assets;
- Entering into the system of discounts, credit limits, delivery addresses, etc. buyers;
- Entering the sales prices of goods into the system during the absence of the responsible employee.
Requirements for a candidate:
- Higher specialized education (accounting and audit);
- Knowledge of PsBU and TKU (Tax Code of Ukraine) norms;
- At least 2 years of experience as an accountant in similar areas;
- Experience in the areas of processing primary documentation, import;
- Experience in preparing statistical / financial / tax reporting will be an advantage;
- Experience of 1 year or more in the SAP program (FI module);
- Experience in 1C;
- English (written and spoken) at the pre-intermediate level.
