An official representative of a European agricultural machinery manufacturer in Ukraine, due to the expansion of its team, is looking for an Accountant in Kyiv to join the company.

• On-site work from April to November at the company’s office in Kyiv (Holosiivskyi District); a hybrid work schedule is possible during the rest of the year;

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of primary accounting documentation;
• Processing invoices, delivery notes, acceptance and transfer certificates, and reconciliation statements;
• Processing and supporting domestic payments in Ukraine;
• Handling foreign economic payments;
• Preparing contracts based on approved templates;
• Preparing equipment purchase and sale agreements;
• Entering and updating contract information, including prices, purchasing terms, bank details, and other relevant data;
• Cooperation with the outsourced accounting company;
• Taking over and processing accounting records and documentation from the outsourced accounting company;
• Gradually taking over accounting functions from the outsourcing provider;
• Participating in the systematization and organization of the company’s accounting document flow.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience as an Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant, or Sole Accountant;
• Excellent PC skills and experience working with ERP systems (1C);
• Experience handling domestic and foreign economic payments;
• Knowledge of accounting documentation and workflows;
• Ability and willingness to handle the full documentation cycle;
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
• Ability to work independently;
• Willingness to gradually expand the scope of responsibilities;
• Interest in long-term cooperation.
