A leading European trading and manufacturing company announces a competition for the position of Accountant, Kyiv.

Functional responsibilities:

• Preparation of tax and accounting reports in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (VAT declaration, income tax declaration);
• Accounting for settlements with suppliers;
• Accounting for fixed assets and low-value perishable items (VAT) of the company;
• Constant monitoring of changes in tax legislation and effective response to them;
• Client-Bank.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher economic or financial education;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on accounting and taxation;
• Experience as a senior accountant;
• Intermediate English proficiency will be an advantage;
• Experience working in the SAP Business One accounting system will be an advantage;
• Experience in passing inspections by regulatory authorities;
• Honesty, integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
