An international manufacturing company, part of a global leader in building materials and construction solutions, operating in 29 countries and employing more than 75,000 people worldwide, is looking to hire a Procurement Manager to join its team in Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of technical goods, works, and services;
- Managing the full procurement cycle, from purchase request to payment;
- Supplier sourcing and market analysis;
- Organizing and conducting tenders in accordance with business requirements;
- Negotiating with suppliers and concluding contracts;
- Securing the best commercial terms and conditions;
- Monitoring deliveries of goods and services;
- Coordinating claims and dispute resolution with suppliers;
- Ensuring compliance with the Company’s internal policies and applicable legislation;
- Participating in the development of initiatives aimed at resource optimization and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical education is preferred);
- 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within manufacturing or construction industries;
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
- Good knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and contract management principles;
- Ability to work effectively with large volumes of information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
